Mission Statement
The MAAC Journal Committee is guiding the transition of MAAC’s archaeological journal into a financially sustainable and widely accessible publication that reflects the work and priorities of Middle Atlantic archaeologists. Building on the 40-year legacy of the Journal of Middle Atlantic Archaeology, we are developing a new framework that serves CRM practitioners and academic and government archaeologists through high-quality scholarship, open dialogue, and broad participation.
